We offer a 2-year warranty on all jewelry. If your jewelry tarnishes, fades, or breaks during normal use within the warranty period, simply send a photo of the jewelry and your order number to info@sencillo.dk.

Once we receive the information, we will, at our discretion, offer either a replacement product or a refund of the original purchase price for the item.

The warranty only applies to jewelry and does not cover products that are lost, stolen, scratched, intentionally damaged, or damaged by a third party.

To ensure a fair arrangement, the warranty covers one free replacement per piece of jewelry. For subsequent warranty claims on the same piece of jewelry, a refund of the original purchase price for the item will be offered instead.
